Contract: Fixed Term (36 months)
Phoebus Software is developing an “Intelligent Service Platform (ISP)” using Generative AI to enhance user experience in the financial sector. The project will improve data access and accuracy in the complex loan and savings platform. This Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) offers an opportunity to collaborate with university academics on a commercial project.
Candidate Profile: Master’s degree in AI/Data Analytics (PhD preferred). Skills required: Data science, predictive analytics, Generative AI, NLP, strong database knowledge, time management, and communication. Experience in financial services, LLMs, and SQL is desirable.
Responsibilities: Capture requirements, manage data structure, ensure data security, eliminate LLM errors, and develop a great user experience. Implement cybersecurity, manage computational power, and ensure service quality.
Benefits: £6,000 for personal/professional development, 25 days annual leave, professional mentorship, mental health support.
Location: Hybrid with at least 2 days at Phoebus Software, Solihull, and access to Aston University. Travel to clients may be required.
