Aston University is a sector leading provider of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) in the UK. KTP (http://www.ktp-uk.org/) is a well-established Innovate UK programme that supports businesses to improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of knowledge, technology and skills that reside within UK universities.
We are seeking a diligent individual to join our Research and Enterprise team to support continued growth and deliver outstanding service to our KTP Partners.
In this senior management role, you will lead on strategy, stakeholder engagement, complex bid writing, and represent Aston regionally and nationally. You'll be the main KTP contact, managing relationships across academia and industry.
The successful candidate will be degree-educated with experience in commercial or Higher Education settings. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business case development skills are essential, along with experience writing successful KTP applications.
