Are you a strategic and innovative digital content leader with a passion for user experience and engagement? Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking an Associate Director to oversee our website and owned content strategy. This pivotal role ensures our digital platforms align with business objectives, enhance our brand and drive engagement among key audiences.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and optimisation of the School’s website, ensuring it serves as an authoritative, high-quality and user-centric platform.
  • Develop and implement a compelling owned content strategy across digital platforms (website, blogs, email etc.) that supports our marketing and business goals.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly and reflective of the School’s brand and values, while leading multimedia content production.
  • Monitor website and content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of website executives and content specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
You will have extensive experience in website product management, owned content development and digital marketing, with a strong grasp of digital and data analytics. You should be adept at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring high-quality user experience design that aligns with the School’s brand. Strong project and vendor management skills are essential, along with expertise in SEO, content optimisation and performance tracking.
