Post Summary:
The Teaching Fellow will play a key role in coordinating and delivering two online postgraduate courses based in in the Discipline of Medical Gerontology, School of Medicine:
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract
The work is of temporary nature, aligned with the transition period for Blackboard Ultra implementation for the 2 postgraduate courses in Ageing and Frailty.
The appointment is expected to commence on 1st May 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Teaching Fellow Merged Pay Scale Annual Rate (€42,500 -€54,139 pro-rata) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. www.tcd.ie/hr/assets/pdf/monthly-academic.pdf
Hours and place of work: The successful candidate will be primarily based on-site in the Discipline of Medical Gerontology, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate, in accordance with institutional policies and role requirements.

The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform requires that all staff, including Teaching Fellows, working in Irish public sector must discharge duties from the jurisdiction of Ireland.
