If so; we are looking for an experienced learning and development professional with practical experience of successfully designing and delivering engaging, learning and development tools and interventions to a range of management and leadership levels.

About the role
It is an exciting time to join our team and be one of five Employee Development Advisers, as we are currently redesigning our training offer for all staff groups at the University.
You will be involved in sourcing and designing various training options such as just in time self-led learning and active learning workshops. You will also facilitate a range of development activities with a mix of online and face to face delivery. Working collaboratively with other team members you will provide guidance and share best practice to ensure the most effective training solutions are developed.
About You
You will have proven experience of developing both online and face to face interactive learning solutions. You will be confident in facilitating both virtual and in person workshops.
Your flexible style and “can do attitude” will enable you to build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders to; understand their requirements, recommend the most appropriate intervention, and develop innovative, effective, and accessible learning solutions that meets the needs of a diverse community.
