Student Experience and Engagement is comprised of a diverse range of teams who share the same passion for enhancing our students' experiences and supporting their wellbeing. This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated coordinator to join our busy Operations Team. 

You will work closely with the wider Student Experience and Engagement Team, and with colleagues across the Student Experience Directorate, to ensure effective and professional support to teams delivering on all aspects of the student lifecycle from enrolment through to graduation. Major elements of the post will be to coordinate the smooth running of processes & administration and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. There will also be opportunities to contribute to projects and initiatives lead by the Student Experience Operations Team. Coordination will be required across the following areas:

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operational tasks
  • Staff engagement initiatives
  • Recruitment activity
  • Executive Assistant support to our directors
  • Event support
  • Meeting support and minutes
  • Data and reporting

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively with a strong attention to detail.  You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. Effective communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

The salary range indicates the incremental progression in the role. The starting salary for a full-time post will be £30,805 and will increment annually.
