The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Outcomes Team as a Programme Manager on a part-time basis until end of July 2025, with potential for further extension.
The newly-created Student Outcomes team is responsible for drawing together student voice, student surveys and key programme support initiatives into improving student retention and outcomes.
Working closely with academic teams at the federation members, the post is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Programme Director, Academic staff (particularly in relation to contracts, payments, access to learning platforms and responding to general queries) and the operational teams at the University of London for the MSc Data Science Programme. The postholder will work to ensure successful delivery of the programme and a smooth student journey.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
