- Plan and manage high-profile donor stewardship events, including the Global Leadership Council meetings, Rewley Dinner, Dean’s Circle thank-you events and bespoke major donor engagements.
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to develop donor impact content, including emails, social media, newsletters and donor videos.
- Produce the annual Impact Report and bespoke reports for major donors.
- Organise donor relations workshops and training sessions, both internally and externally.
- Line manage the Development Administrator, overseeing performance, appraisals and professional development.
You will have a strong background in donor care, marketing or communications. You should demonstrate expertise in producing stakeholder reports, event management and creating compelling content, particularly for HNWIs. A clear understanding of stewardship and its role in major gift fundraising is essential.
