We are looking for a driven and data-driven individual to lead the Agent Team in the International Office at the University of Southampton. This post will make a significant contribution to the overall international recruitment models for the university, providing insight and guidance from your own experience with international agents in the UK HEI market. 

The successful applicant will be motivated, attentive to detail, and a culturally sensitive team plater who is able to work effectively across multiple priorities.You will be able to problem solve and use your initiative to ensure sound decision making while remaining agile in a fast-paced working environment. 

The Role

The Agent Compliance Manager plays a critical role in the International Office, managing key annual projects, including but not limited to, agent commission payments, agent performance reviews, and onboarding new agents.This includes the creation and continuous improvement of processes for these high priority projects.This role is also responsible for a number of key EdTech contracts within the international office, ensuring onboarding with the support of our International Agreements Manager. Significantly, this post will push initiatives to ensure the University of Southampton is compliant with the Agent Quality Framework, of which the University of Southampton is a proud signatory. 

The role will be responsible for the supervision of the agent management team, including managing team workloads, monitoring performance, motivating the team and working collaboratively with the broader staff members across Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing.
