The Executive Master of Accounting (EMACC) is an innovative global leadership programme for accounting and finance professionals. Its wide-ranging curriculum fosters independent thinking, positioning students to become professionally impactful change agents and leaders in their field. This is a part-time degree, delivered online and over eight residential weeks in Cambridge.
This is a busy role ensuring effective and efficient operational delivery of a complex programme, including all associated events, whilst supporting students, visitors, teaching faculty, the wider School and the frameworks of the University. The role holder is jointly responsible for the smooth, professional and timely delivery of all aspects of the student learning experience during their time on the EMACC programme.
Educated to a degree level standard or equivalent, you will have experience and knowledge of programme management, ideally within a higher education environment. Experience with postgraduate/ mature professional students and/or experience of working in a teaching department within Higher Education would be beneficial. You will be a team player and will have strong general administrative skills and experience in a client facing role. Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are a pre-requisite of the role. Strong IT skills are essential.

This role is a temporary cover position with an expected end date of 21 December 2025 or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.
