The Role
As part of its strategy to provide a world-class student education and experience, the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics (MSP) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Lecturer in Mathematical Sciences with a remit for the development and delivery of technology-enhanced learning.
Through our world-renowned Digital Learning Unit [https://www.ncl.ac.uk/maths-physics/engagement/digital-learning/] we integrate innovative technologies for e-assessment and digital content; for example, the open-source e-assessment software Numbas which is used around the world in academia, schools and companies.
You will work within the MSP Digital Learning Unit to maintain and develop digital assessment content for automated assessment of assignments and exams in the School of MSP and beyond.
The role is fixed-term (one year) and part-time (0.5 FTE).
