This new full-time post is available from 7th April 2025 on a fixed-term basis until 10th April 2026 with an option to extend depending on the funding.

Summary of the role
Join PS Connect as we continue the exciting journey of transformation and innovation! We are currently seeking a motivated Change Manager to play an integral role in improving and shaping the future of our services that transform the way Professional Services are delivered at the University.
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming processes and services, ensuring a seamless transition to our new ways of working. You will lead the design, implementation, and embedding of change, driving engagement and adoption across the organisation. Your focus will be on creating a positive experience for colleagues by coordinating PS Connect change and engagement activities, generating positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring teams are fully prepared for new ways of working. You will champion clear communication, staff engagement, and benefit realisation, embedding new capabilities into daily operations. Helping managers support their staff through programmes of change, lead on change impact assessments, identification of opportunities, and implementation of solutions that bring highly efficient and effective business processes and service improvement - making a lasting impact on how we work and successfully deliver changes.
