London South Bank University is excited to be recruiting for the post of International Recruitment Manager: Progression and Pathways within the Marketing, Recruitment, and Communications department.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance LSBU’s international student recruitment strategy by developing and managing key relationships with foundation providers, articulation partners, agents, sponsorship organisations. The post holder will play a crucial role in increasing student recruitment and progression to LSBU through targeted partnerships and engagement initiatives across a range of international markets.

About You:

We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance LSBU’s profile and increase applications from key partner institutions.
  • Overseeing recruitment and conversion activities for pathway and partner students, to ensure a seamless transition to LSBU.
  • Managing engagement with funding providers and ensuring accurate reporting on student progress and academic achievement.
  • Supporting our agent network and partners with upskilling, to promote LSBU as a destination and increase conversion rates.
  • Organising and participating in international and UK-based recruitment events, including travel to key markets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including academic faculties, to ensure a tailored and high-quality experience for incoming students.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven recruitment professional with a strong understanding of international education markets and stakeholder management.
