London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Senior Student Recruitment and Outreach Officer. The role sits within the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications division of LSBU, which is responsible for the University's student recruitment, its reputation, and external relationships. It works to help define and raise brand awareness of LSBU among target audiences while aiming to attract the best prospective students to the University.

This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work within the Student Recruitment and Outreach Team, leading on a variety of projects and activities that deliver tangible impact against our student recruitment and Outreach objectives. Working closely and collaboratively with the Senior Manager, your direct report/s and other colleagues within the team, you will lead on researching, planning, delivery and evaluating on and off-campus and virtual Student Recruitment and Outreach programmes of activities, in addition to account managing and building relationships with priority target feeder schools and shaping, developing and evaluating the team’s Student Recruitment and Outreach strategy.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident communicator who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent administrative skills and an eye for detail. You will have a creative approach to problem solving and be able to work on multiple projects at once.
