The Law School is seeking to appoint two lecturers in law with strong focus on teaching, research and pastoral care. Lecturers will contribute to deliver hight quality teaching in all our LLB programmes with the possibility of contributing at postgraduate level within their area of expertise. We are interested in listening from candidates able to teach in any area of law specially core subjects. Expertise in commercial law, company law, criminology, financial regulation and intellectual property would be desirable.

The university is keen to build on its strengths to further enhance the teaching and research culture and is looking for a candidate who shares similar knowledge and research exchange ambitions and is keen to make a notable contribution. The successful applicant should have a PhD degree in Law and relevant teaching and research experience commensurate with lecturer level. Candidates with professional qualifications such as solicitor or barrister and/or recognised Higher Education teaching qualification or Higher Education Academy Fellowship are encouraged to apply.
