The Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Office works closely with applicants, and all academic departments and colleges to deliver admissions and recruitment for the whole University, and further the ground-breaking and innovative graduate access agenda.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Senior Statistical Analyst to join us on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2029.

About the Role
This exciting role has been created to lead on the statistical data analysis of graduate access and widening participation (WP) initiatives introduced at Oxford in recent years to improve the diversity of the graduate student population. The University is also recruiting an Evaluation Manager with responsibility for graduate access and WP, as well as four new posts specialising in graduate access and WP with responsibility for each of the four academic divisions. The senior statistical analyst with work very closely with post-holders in these roles and other existing posts with graduate access and WP responsibilities to support the delivery and on-going review of the University’s first Graduate Access Recruitment Strategy.
