This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the SELCS Department and play a pivotal role in the Multilx Horizon Europe project. Link to the project here.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the seamless coordination of project activities. Collaborating with the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator, and a diverse group of international partners, you will oversee project timelines, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and ensure compliance with European Commission guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring project work plans and deliverables.
  • Organising consortium meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • Managing the project budget and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Supporting communication, dissemination, and reporting efforts, including managing websites and social media platforms.
