Based on the award-winning University Park Campus we are looking for an experienced, customer focused, and enthusiastic individual to assist the Hall Managers in the day-to-day running of busy student Halls of Residence.
Main duties will include assisting with the management and organisation of the accommodation and housekeeping function carrying out a range of associated administrative and operational duties ensuring high quality customer service is always provided throughout the student journey. You will also manage adherence to University policies and procedures within the unit and will carry out service, codes of practice and Health and Safety audits.
Candidates should have substantial experience within a similar environment, have demonstrable planning, organisational and administration skills and substantial experience of resource management. Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role.
Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged. An option to work compressed hours is available to this post.

Post 2 - The post will be offered on a full time (36.25 hours per week), fixed term contract until 28 February 2027. Job share arrangements may be considered. Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
