Our Solution Design & Architecture team are integral to this vision, working with senior stakeholders to ensure that technical decisions are robust, well-designed, architecturally sound and deliver business benefits.

This Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a new position of Senior Platform Architect into our established Solution Design team which will act as a subject matter expert and primary architectural authority for technical decisions/developments relating to our Dynamics 365 platform, which the university has made a major investment in recent years.  

The Senior Platform Architect is a key strategic technical specialist role and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics solutions that align with the Universities CRM strategy, as well as leading further adoption of Dynamics working closely with colleagues across the university and selected Dynamics CRM delivery partner/s.

In this capacity you will work closely with senior stakeholders and act as the design authority for system specific changes, be responsible for maintaining the environment structure, managing upgrades/ enhancements, reviewing and signing off design documents, acting as an escalation point for technical issues and providing representation at relevant boards and gateway meetings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative technology solutions and directing technology transformation workstreams that contribute to strategic and architectural objectives, at all times operating with a mindset of continuous improvement. You will possess broad technical awareness and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (ideally with formal certifications) with relevant first-hand practical experience of delivery. You will also be able to translate your technical proficiency into non-technical language in order to generate the best possible decisions alongside subject matter experts and senior stakeholders and will be proficient in getting the best results from suppliers and resolving delivery practices.

This is a permanent, full-time (36.25 hr) position.
