Are you experienced in providing excellent administrative support? Would you like to play a central role supporting education and the student experience at Birkbeck, University of London?
Birkbeck is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the work of our new Education and Student Experience Directorate.
Working for and on behalf of the Director of Education and Student Experience, the Executive Assistant will provide a professional interface between the Director and her contacts across Birkbeck and externally across the sector.
As Executive Assistant, you will work with the Director to maintain and develop strong collaborative relationships with professional service and academic colleagues across central departments, faculties and academic schools in support of Birkbeck’s Education and Student Experience Strategy. This includes coordinating executive schedules, planning and organising team meetings and college-wide events as well as maintaining records of key projects and monitoring the completion of actions.
You will also be a liaison between the senior team and other stakeholders across Birkbeck, ensuring effective communication and coordination of the Education and Student Experience Directorate’s work.
