About the role
In this role, you will project manage and help to deliver various fundraising and alumni communications projects. This includes our flagship alumni magazine InTouch.
You will support and partner with colleagues across Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, managing timelines, processes and documentation to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to expected standards.
You will also play a key role in reviewing project objectives, by tracking project KPIs, deliverables and supporting evaluation of projects.
The projects this post holder will work on will give them insight into a wide range of academic and philanthropic work across King’s and beyond. In this role, you will to help amplify the ways King’s and King’s alumni are making a difference to some of the world’s biggest challenges.
As King’s moves towards a live fundraising campaign period, this is an exciting time to join this ambitious and creative Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement team.
This is a full time post 35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.
