We have a fully funded Research Assistant/Associate position available in the laboratory of Professor Julia Cordero.
You will contribute to a project studying interorgan signaling coordinated by the intestine in health and disease using Drosophila as a primary model system with translation of some aspects of the projects into mouse models.
The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
This post is full time and has funding for up to 24 months with possibility of further extension.
