University of the Arts London (UAL) has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Operations and Engagement Administrator to support the smooth running of the Finance department.
In this varied role, you will undertake a range of office management responsibilities, supporting the delivery of staff training, organising finance staff events and maintaining the finance website.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your events, IT and administrative skills and experience, whilst playing a key role at the heart of our Finance department.
About you
You will need an excellent working knowledge of MS Office Software (including SharePoint) and will possess experience of setting up IT equipment for training courses, preparing training materials and communicating with large numbers of people effectively.
You will also be confident in the use of website video capture software (including Open Broadcast software or Snagit) and will demonstrate knowledge of Finance Information Systems (Agresso/ABW).
Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills will also be essential for success in this role.
