This new part-time post (0.6 FTE) is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 30th September 2025.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The Strategic Planning team provides strategic support for the University's management, through policy development and strategic planning. The post holder will have responsibility for providing administrative support to Senior Managers in the delivery of their strategic objectives. The post holder will work as part of a team and will review various working practices in their area in order to devise and implement more efficient ways of working. The post-holder will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the institution’s strategic planning and investment processes and the Planning Officers and Executive team that drive it, producing information and reports to assist their work in this context.
Ideally with previous experience in a similar role, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. You will have good organisational skills, a methodical approach, strong attention to detail and enjoy managing a busy workload in a pro-active manner.
