The role is part of the Student Welfare and Support Services team, which works closely with colleges, departments, and external partners to support student wellbeing. The Senior Project & Evaluation Manager will oversee initiatives that promote disability inclusion, ensuring an accessible and inclusive environment for all students. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of these projects to ensure they meet the needs of the university’s diverse student body.

About the Role
This key new role will lead a project to support the successful delivery of the University of Oxford’s commitments under the 2025-2029 Access and Participation Plan (APP), specifically focusing on enhancing effective on-course support for disabled students.
The work will involve cross-institutional coordination, managing projects and designing and delivering research and evaluation activities using an institutional theory of change, with the overarching purpose of closing awarding gaps and fostering inclusive academic environments for disabled students. Collaborative working with disabled students will be essential, as well as working closely with a range of stakeholders including various departments (such as the Centre for Teaching and Learning, Education Policy Support and the Student Data Insights Team, and the Bodleian Libraries), academic divisions and departments, colleges, and external partners.
