We are looking for a Student Visa Compliance Manager to join the Registry Operations department within Academic and Student Support Services.
The Student Visa Compliance team is responsible for monitoring processes and ensuring that both the university and students remain compliant with Student Route visa requirements, this includes accurately reporting student data to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), so that there is no risk to the University’s Sponsor Licence, without which we would be unable to recruit international students. The team covers specialist support for the international student lifecycle from applicant stage, enrolment, course transfers and absences, through to reporting successful course completion for Graduate Route visas.
The work of the team is engaging, with staff motivated to support our international students to the highest level. We are seeking to recruit a reliable, and self-motivated individual to join us.
The role-holder will support the work of the team by providing advice and guidance, and leading small-scale projects within this area. This post will support a culture of continuous service improvement and undertake a range of duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with student visa compliance or international student support.
