Job description:
Developed in 2004, our Patients as Educators Programme gives students the opportunity to learn from real patients. Students studying medicine, dentistry, nursing, orthoptics and pharmacy are able to gain a deeper understanding of medical conditions by talking directly to patients and performing relevant examinations with them.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The candidate must be a focused and motivated individual who will be the first point of contact for members of the Patients as Educators Programme. They will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Skills and Patients as Educators teams and must have excellent time management and team working skills.
We are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
