About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Programme Officer (SPO) to provide high-quality administrative support for our taught campus-based programmes. In this role, you will ensure smooth programme delivery, working closely with academic and student support teams to create an exceptional student experience from enrolment to graduation.
You will be the central point of contact for students and academics, handling queries, maintaining accurate records, and resolving complex issues. Your responsibilities will include managing timetables, student data, and key communications with stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of our campus-based programmes.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to process improvements, and develop expertise in university regulations and best practices.
This is a full-time, indefinite contract role. King’s Business School follows a hybrid working policy, with a minimum of two days per week on campus.
