The Role
We are seeking a Digital Optimisation & Analytics Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. Working with a range of colleagues from across marketing and student recruitment, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of optimisation programs, leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud technologies to enhance customer journeys, increase engagement, and boost performance.
As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with marketing, UX/UI, insights, and IT professionals to deliver data-driven, customer-centric solutions aligned with our strategic recruitment goals.
This is a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours per week) post. Job share arrangements may be considered.
