Are you a self-motivated and customer focussed individual with experience of working in a busy office environment? Do you enjoy taking ownership of tasks, have the ability to work across multiple workloads, and work with a high level of accuracy? If you have a proven aptitude for providing a professional, efficient and accurate service, with a strong customer focus, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
As International Admissions Officer, you will work as part of a team ensuring a customer focussed and efficient admissions service to our international applicants and stakeholders. You will be responsible for making application decisions and will work across all aspects of the admissions journey. Therefore accuracy, proactivity, and experience of taking ownership for decision making is essential for this role.
The role will be varied and interesting and is ideally suited to someone with an administrative background in a Higher Education setting. In particular, this role would suit someone from an admissions background whereby you will have an understanding of the impact of each stage of the admissions process.
With 2 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications and/or experience, you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) evidenced by an IT qualification or demonstrable experience. You will also need significant up-to-date experience of working with an electronic record and management system.
*You must demonstrate that your knowledge, skills, and experience match the full Person Specification for the role in your application.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
