Set within The Bartlett Faculty, The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER) is comprised of four world-class institutes, providing expert knowledge, collaborative research, and teaching across UCL Energy Institute, UCL Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering, UCL Institute for Sustainable Heritage, and UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources.
About the role
The Wellcome Trust has funded a 3-year research programme ‘Policy and Implementation for Climate & Health Equity’ (PAICE). The PAICE Consortium is led by University College London and brings together experts from 4 research partner and collaborating stakeholder organisations. The post holder will provide a first point of contact and play a key role in the co-ordination of the consortium. They will work in collaboration with the PAICE senior leadership team, and others to support the work of the consortium. The successful candidate will carry out a range of activities in managing the consortium, including records and database management; managing events and communications; networking and committees; and general research administration activities integrating within and supporting the wider professional services team. This post is available from 1st March 2025 and is funded for 20 months in the first instance; further funding to suppo rt the post may become available. About you
The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard or have equivalent commensurate experience and will have experience of working in administration within the higher education sector and of running research centres, consortia or similar transferable experience. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience of event management and committee servicing and the ability to collate and present information to inform reports for a variety of uses.
