The Strategic Communications and Content team are looking for an addition to join our dynamic team. You will work in the areas of Communications and Engagement, Marketing, Digital, and Event Management. It is a great opportunity if you want to build your communications experience and make your CV stand out for the future. About Middlesex University, we are a Top 6 UK University (THE 2024) with global campuses in Dubai and Mauritius. We are a career-focused university and provide opportunities for students and staff from all backgrounds to acquire the skills and experience to succeed. By working here, you will become a part of a welcoming and diverse community with family-friendly and inclusive employment policies, flexible and hybrid working arrangements and excellent staff development incentives and support.
What will you be doing? This role supports the delivery of internal communications for staff from across our global university community. You will create a range of content and help to develop communications channels like our intranet and email. You will help to drive organisational change, develop a professional, engaged and informed workforce; as well as building a sense of pride and shared purpose in our community. You will also help to organise and facilitate a core programme of university-wide events taking place in person and online throughout the year, such as Town Hall sessions with the Vice-Chancellor and University Executive Team. This role also includes administrative tasks that support the day-to-day running of the team.
