About the role
Oxford Thermofluids Institute seeking Research Assistant for the design and simulation of activities pertaining to novel nuclear reactors.
This role involves significant computer-based design and simulation, as such the successful candidate will be an expert in the use of CAD programs (i.e. SOLIDWORKS/AutoCAD), design for manufacture techniques, and computational fluid dynamics.
About you
The successful candidate will be the holder of a relevant PhD/DPhil in Engineering with a focus on Thermofluids simulation and experimentation, or nearly complete with their doctoral program.
