About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service at Imperial College! We have been investing heavily in our Service to better support our students through university life. We have grown from a small team to a diverse and multifaceted group of over thirty professionals striving to deliver the best experience possible for our students.
The Senior Counsellor is a key role within the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service, sharing responsibility for the day-to-day clinical practice of the counselling team. In collaboration other senior practitioners, and the Head and Deputy Head, you will play a vital role in supporting counselling provision and good practice, ensuring that we are providing a robust and responsive service to students.
You will join a strong team of senior clinicians at the service, of which three are senior counsellors, and have particular responsibility for the development and service delivery of innovative courses and groups relevant to the student population.
