Your Role

As a Business Management Link Tutor at Senior Lecturer level, you will be at the heart of our mission to nurture successful partnerships with academic institutions. You will play a central role in supporting our university partners, ensuring the alignment of learning, teaching, and assessment approaches with Ravensbourne’s Business Management courses. 

You will play a central role in supporting our university partners, ensuring the alignment of learning, teaching, and assessment approaches with Ravensbourne’s Business Management courses. Through meticulous monitoring, staff development, and enhancement activities, you will ensure the full implementation of Ravensbourne’s quality assurance and institutional policies and processes.

As a vital member of the Business and Computing department at Ravensbourne, you will not only provide support to our partners but also contribute to teaching and learning activities. This may include participation in course/institution committees, assessment, moderation, tutoring students, and engaging in educational management.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team at RAVE, with a proven background in successful delivery of business courses at undergraduate level or with significant experience in further education. With relevant moderation and assessment verification experience and a commitment to supporting an exceptional student experience the individual will be an excellent communicator, able to develop and lead teams.  

You will have experience of implementing policies effectively, with a problem solving approach to meeting the required quality assurance processes and academic expectations.
