Applicants are invited to apply for the position of Research Associate within the Cardiff School of Engineering.
The main duty of this role is to conduct research within the Advanced High Voltage Engineering Research Centre in the field of compact substation design. The work will examine the design and planning for a full demonstrator compact substation bay, including computation models, geometry and new equipment selection.

Salary: £40,247 - £45,163 per annum (Grade 6). We do not anticipate appointing this position above point Starting Point of Grade 6.32, £40,247 per annum.
