Led by Dr. Adrian Lahoud, the RCA School of Architecture offers a stimulating and vibrant cultural context for study in one of the world’s leading cities for design and the creative industries. Our distinctive College environment provides students with the unique opportunity to engage in live projects and collaborate with designers and fine artists in an intensive, postgraduate-only setting.
The Royal College of Art (RCA) is seeking new Associate Lecturers to join the Technical Studies team within the School of Architecture. We are particularly interested in candidates with teaching experience and a background in Environmental Design and Sustainability or practicing architects with construction experience across multiple scales.
Role Overview:
As an Associate Lecturer, you will teach alongside the Architecture Design Studio (ADS) and support students in developing the technical aspects of their design work during terms 2 and 3 of the academic calendar. You will guide a tutorial group of 6-9 students, providing tutorials and support throughout their projects and into assessments.
