The James Watt School of Engineering is looking for a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to the EU Project SUMO: Supervised morphogenesis in gastruloids” working in the team of Prof Nikolaj Gadegaard as well as with European partners. The successful candidate will have a background in applied AI (artificial intelligence) with experience in image analysis and process optimistation.
The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
