Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education. The Bayes Digital Learning team supports the development and delivery of high-quality online programmes and short courses.
Working within the Bayes Digital Learning team, this varied role requires collaboration with colleagues to provide an efficient, and personalised student experience. It supports a range of administrative activities and events including enrolment, assessment and evaluation and plays an integral part in ensuring that Bayes online students have a well-supported educational experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an engaging communication style and be confident working with diverse stakeholders. An eye for detail and proficiency using a range of technologies in an online learning environment will be advantageous, as will experience of working within a Higher or Further Education institution. They should be flexible, comfortable with change and understand the importance of delivering the best experience for students.
