We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Library User Experience and Operations Team at the Tooting Campus to contribute to our highly customer-focused service, provided to a wide range of users (students, university staff, NHS staff, and visitors).    

The successful candidate will help to staff our Library Helpdesk, carry out circulation activities, assist our users with basic queries, and return books to the shelves. You will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, with experience of customer care, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, you will have some experience of working in a library and may have an interest in a career in library/information science.
