We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to join the School of Health & Wellbeing, to make a leading contribution to our programme of cancer research which aims to address the cancer screening inequalities experienced by people with intellectual disabilities.
Working with Prof Deborah Cairns (Director of the Scottish Learning Disabilities Observatory), Prof. Katie Robb (Director of the Cancer Behavioural Research Group), Dr Lauren Fulton and Dr Marie Kotzur, the successful candidate will coordinate the day-to-day running of two cancer projects. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals and help manage and direct these complex projects as opportunities allow.
This post is full time and fixed term until 30 November 2025.
