Are you a passionate and experienced paramedic, eager to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals? Queen Margaret University (QMU) in Edinburgh is excited to invite applications for the role of Lecturer in Paramedic Science within our dynamic School of Health Sciences.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in the Division of Nursing and Paramedic Science, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of paramedic education. Our BSc in Paramedic Science programme, launched in 2020, provides a high-quality, person-centred, and contemporary curriculum designed to prepare students for the evolving demands of out-of-hospital care.
As a Lecturer, you will be actively involved in the delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment in an interprofessional environment. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, helping to design and deliver new modules that reflect the diverse and expanding role of paramedics in health and social care. This position is ideal for those with an interest in advanced or specialist practice, leadership, or a desire to transition into higher education and research.
