This new full-time post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis for 2 years in Exeter Innovation. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on the Streatham or Penryn Campuses and some time working from home.
Summary of the role
We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Project Coordinator to deliver a professional customer focused, efficient and effective administrative and financial support service to the Hoffmann Impact Team.
The Hoffmann Impact Team within the University of Exeter Business School is funded by a philanthropic gift and aims to accelerate action on nature and climate. The Hoffmann Impact Team is a unique, high-performing team which is underpinned by scholarly evidence and engagement to mobilise "action", as opposed to perpetuating the divide between science and practice. Our preliminary industry sectors are Food, Consumer Package Goods/Electronics and Digital Technologies.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, involved in the planning, delivery and monitoring of project activities, and supporting the organisation and successful delivery of meetings, events, creating agendas and taking and disseminating minutes involving various stakeholders. They will liaise with team members and national and international partners, University colleagues, the media and the public.
