This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Education Support Administrator to join our Education Support Team, working in the Penryn Hub team. All applicants should have the ability to be able to work from home (with a stable wifi connection) and on the Penryn Campus as required.
The Education and Academic Services (EAS) Directorate provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Welcome Week to Graduation. This role is within the Education Support team which provides the core and critical operational support for teaching administration and support for delivery of taught undergraduate programmes. A particular focus for this role will involve working closely with assessment management systems and identifying areas for system development and improvement.
About you
You will have experience of managing projects in Higher Education and of working collaboratively and proactively in a team to deliver multiple objectives and high service standards. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, as well as someone who is capable of analysing complex data to produce evidence-based recommendations.
