An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK's largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Member Institution of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing and biological sciences and CPD programmes in veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing.
Following an internal restructure, the Registry is developing the Examinations and Assessments team. We are seeking an Examination Administrators (Operations) to work within the team to improve service delivery in our fast-paced office environment. This roles is responsible for supporting the Examinations Manager (Operations) to support in-person examinations, provide effective administrative support for the team and support the preparation of examination papers. You will be a first point of contact with students in relation to in-person examinations and will organise special examination arrangements. This key role within Registry will help ensure smooth running of examinations for the RVC.
The successful post holder will have the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of customers, administratively support in-person examinations and prepare papers, support checking quality assurance information, work methodically, follow set processes and procedures and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A pro-active, flexible approach to work is vital to deal with the competing demands and challenges of your daily work.
Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent experience, the successful post holder will have the ability to follow procedure and process, and plan, manage and prioritise workload when under pressure to meet deadlines.
