We seek a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst in HR systems, who is looking to build on their experience in our fast-paced, varied and supportive environment. Reporting to the Business Architect, and working closely with colleagues in the Human Resources and the Business Improvement Unit, you will make a significant contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR information systems and processes through the technical administration and optimisation of relevant systems, documenting and analysing business processes, supporting business process improvements and changes, and enabling the provision of key business data and reporting.

You will communicate and collaborate effectively and will already have some experience, perhaps gained in a similar HE environment, and possess strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
