About the Role
A Projects Manager is sought to join QMUL’s Centre for Primary Care to support activity related to the NIHR School of Primary Care Research (SPCR). QMUL joined as a new member of the SPCR in April 2021, offering an exciting opportunity to join existing members to push forward research addressing the most pressing problems facing primary care in the NHS. Over the next year QMUL will be developing a competitive bid to continue as a member for the next phase of the School.
We are seeking a motivated, independent individual who can provide high-level management of multiple projects across Research and Capacity Development. This wide-ranging role will allow the post-holder to develop a broad range of skills as a platform for career development.
About You
You must have a strong team-working ethos, and excellent organisational skills. Applicants will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience, and a strong track record of project management and working with multiple stakeholders, ideally within a medical or life sciences discipline. We are also very interested to hear from applicants who have experience supporting the development of external funding bids.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is part time (0.8 FTE), fixed term appointment until 31.03.2027, with an expected start date of January 2025. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £43,305 - £50,685 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
