The Department
This post sits within UWL’s Recruitment and Customer Relationships Team which is responsible for the University’s UK student recruitment and outreach activity and for supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications, Campaigns, Digital and Admissions Teams.
The Role
The CRM and Conversion Officer is part of a small Customer Relationships Team which manages prospective student communications from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The post holder will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating communications and activities to encourage prospective student and applicant engagement and conversion.
The Person
You will have significant experience of working within CRM and email marketing or campaign management and of working with and manipulating complex data sets to create audience segments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and experience of writing effective and engaging copy. You will be a team player with a proactive, flexible approach and a methodical, systematic way of thinking. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of IT literacy are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
