About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team to support a research project which focuses on developing co-design tools and resources for engaging minority ethnic communities in healthcare intervention design. The project will create a toolkit to facilitate culturally sensitive co-design methods, with a proof-of-concept case study focusing on diabetes prevention interventions for women of South Asian and Black African heritage.
About You
This post is suited to an individual with a strong background in health inequality research and a PhD, or close to completion, in design, public health or social science. In addition, proven experience of conducting systematic reviews and qualitative research and a good understanding of the research process is essential.

The post is based in Charterhouse Square. The post is part time for 24.5 hours per week on a 24 month fixed term contract. Starting salary will be on QMUL Grade 4 at £41,123 (pro rata) inclusive of London Allowance.
