About the Role
This is a programme/change management leadership role, responsible for monitoring and driving implementation of Queen Mary University’s education ambitions, as defined in the 2030 Strategy. The post will provide operational oversight for the effective delivery of Queen Mary’s refreshed education enabling plan, and wider projects in the EO’s and Education Executive’s portfolio. This will include close partnership working with teams across QMUL, drafting change communications, close coordination with project managers, and evaluating the impact of the enabling plan. This role will also be responsible for operational delivery of events on behalf of the Vice Principal and QMUL, including the annual Drapers Lecture.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is able to translate strategy into tangible improvements and can build evaluation frameworks and methodologies to demonstrate this. The appointee will act as a catalyst to effectively and efficiently deliver QMUL’s student experience and outcome goals. Key to this delivery will be working with both the Education Executive, faculties and professional service colleagues, particularly in the Strategic Delivery Office, establishing frameworks and capacity for implementation.
